The reality of the ACA rules and the new taxes have just begun. Companies that employ fewer then 50 employees are gradually finding out about the higher costs. Many of those companies have been allowed to keep their plan another year. Therfore they can postpone the the reality of the new ACA deal. By the time most Americans find out that ACA is not actually saving money the current administration will be gone. We will be left with a larger bill and fewer benefits. In my opinion it will not matter what administration is in office unless the legislators consult with the associations that actually represent the consumer. That would be National Association of Health Underwriters. Currently those in control consult their political supporters and insurance company giants. Covered California is a perfect example of this relationship.
